I recall being unusually aware of the power of words and how to wield them even at an early age. My grandpa believed (mistakenly, so far) that I would be a politician one day. Ask my friends and they’ll tell you of my capacity to conjure up analogies on the fly or share unusual phrases to describe seemingly ineffable tastes, aromas, and emotions. Finding the right words has always been my gift.

In 2015, I graduated from Stanford University with a joint degree in Philosophy & Religious Studies, with additional coursework in Earth system science and environmental communication. I’ve continued further studies in psychology at Hunter College in New York City and am pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology. I currently teach sports psychology and mindfulness concepts to students within the New York Junior Tennis & Learning program in Brooklyn.

In my personal life, most of my time is spent searching for music, cooking food, playing tennis, getting in cold water, studying fragrances, reading about philosophy and psychology, stretching, and eating cheese.

At Quasar, I quickly gained expertise in a newly emerging inter-blockchain communication technology. This allowed me to write content that built Quasar’s reputation and equipped me to participate in a live panel with other players in the DeFi community. My research-focused work improved Quasar’s cross-team collaboration.

At Provenance, I conducted market research and applied what I learned from scholars and industry professionals to guide product and content strategy. My contributions as a content manager and writer helped establish Provenance’s brand and voice.

At Citizen, I played a leadership role where I drew on fast-paced editorial decision-making, mentoring skills, copywriting instincts, and careful fact-checking procedures to improve my team’s performance. I went beyond my defined role to voice ethical concerns and contribute to new protocols.
